Participant Awareness & Commitment Disclaimer

This mission trip is a meaningful and demanding experience. By applying,
participants acknowledge and agree to the following expectations:

• Climate & Physical Conditions: Ministry in Quixadá takes place in a hot climate. Daily highs average 92–95°F (33–35°C), with nighttime lows around 70–72°F (21–22°C).
  
  
• Ministry Schedule: Daily activities may involve up to 6-8 hours of ministry, including evangelism, church support, and children’s outreach.
  
  
• Evangelism Focus: Participants should be willing and confident to share their faith, pray with others, and engage in gospel conversations.
  
  
• Attitude & Flexibility: A servant-hearted posture, adaptability, teamwork, and cultural sensitivity are essential. This is a mission-centered, not tourism-focused, trip.

Registration Fee: $100.00 (non-refundable)

• May 3rd: 50% deposit due (non-refundable)
• June 4th: Remaining 50% due (refundable if you withdraw)
